Recipe Ingredients

• 1 cup Pennsylvania Maple Syrup
• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 3 cups rice

1. In large saucepan put all ingredients except rice.
2. Bring to a boil and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add rice.
4. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
