Recipe Ingredients

• ½ Cup Pennsylvania maple syrup
• ½ Cup Vinegar
• ½ Cup Salad Oil
• 1/3 Cup Catsup
• 2 tsp. Salt
• 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)

Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Keep the maple dressing refrigerated until serving time. Makes about 2 cups salad dressing.
