Pecan and Apple Maple Syrup Recipe

This maple syrup recipe combines a variety of flavors and uses, pour syrup on waffles, pancakes, French toast, over ice cream or hot cereal.

Recipe Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Pennsylvania Maple Syrup
• 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and sliced thin
• 1 tablespoon light olive oil
• 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Cook apple in olive oil until soft and golden brown. Stir in maple syrup and pecans. Heat syrup over low heat until warm.
